铸镁合金ZM_5-T_4本构特性的宏观与微观研究

摘    要:本文运用宏观和微观研究相结合的方法,对国产航空铸镁合金ZM5-T4在应变率为10~(-6)-10~3/s范围作了轴向准静态和冲击压缩试验研究。结果表明:在室温下该材料的应变率敏感性与铸态组织缺陷所引起的试验数据分散性相比是可忽略的。同时还观察到随塑性变形所发展的微裂纹有随应变率增高而增多的倾向。这种与微裂纹演化发展相关的“应变率弱化”效应有可能是抵消位错运动的应变率强化效应而导致综合应变率敏感性降低的主要原因。

Abstract:The constitutive behavior is investigated experimentally under the strain-rate range of 10~(-4)-10~3/s for a cast magnesium alloy ZM5-T4 from both the macroscopic and the microscopic aspects, The results show that, at room temperature, the sensitivity of the material to strain-rate may be neglected in comparison with the deviation of experimental data caused by defect of the cast tissue, Meanwhile the tendency that microcracks accompanying plastic deformation increase with the rise of strain-rate is observed. The effect of strain-rate weakening, which relates to the evolution and development of microcracks and counteracts the effect of strain-rate hardening caused by dislocation motion, may be the main reason for the lowering of the comprehensive sensitivity to strain-rate.
