摘    要:简要叙述了MgB2的发展和制备历史,通过对不同衬底材料上MgB2的反应情况的总结概括以及对不同衬底材料和MgB2的晶体结构和晶格常量的比较,提出一种MgB2超导多层膜的制备方案.

Abstract:The development and preparation history of MgB2 are reviewed.After comparing the lattice constant and crystal structure of different substrates with those of MgB2,and discussing the reaction conditions on different substrates and micro-electronics mechanics at present,a method to prepare the MgB2 superconductivity multilayer films is put forward.
