| Abstract: | A commercial FT-IR spectrometer (BRUKER IFS 66) was combined with a Raman module, having an Nd YAG laser as source, a sample compartment, a filter for elimination of the exciting line from the spectrum and a detector. The interferometer and computer of the IFS 66 was used to record Raman spectra of small amounts of liquids and solids using a spherical sapphire sample cell. |
