摘    要:通过电解氢化物发生技术结合原子荧光光谱仪,采用自行设计的管式电解池,研究了管状阴极材料以及电解质种类、电解条件等因素对Cd的电解还原氢化物发生情况的影响。方法检出限为0.26μg/L,相对标准偏差为3.3%(n=11)。对标准物质海带及几种海产品中的Cd进行了测定,回收率在93%~110%之间。

Abstract:A new method for the determination of Cd by coupling an electrolytic hydride generation with atomic fluorescence spectrometry was developed.A novel tubular electrolytic cell was used to evaluate the EHG of Cd.The effects of electrolytic conditions such as cathode material,catholyte and interference ions on the EHG have been studied.Under the optimized conditions,the detection limit(3σ) and the RSD(n=11) was 0.26 μg/L and 3.3%,respectively.This system has been applied satisfactorily to the determination of Cd in certified reference material and seafood.The recoveries of the method were 93%~110%.
