Selektive Verbreiterung von 1H-NMR Restsignalen deuterierter Lösungsmittel

¹H {²H} off-resonance noise decoupling experiments with incompletely deuterated compounds result in a selective broadening of those residual proton signals which are split by H/D couplings. By this technique hidden resonance lines which are overlapped by solvent signals can be easily detected, as is demonstrated by the analysis of acetone/acetone-d₆ mixtures. Typical experimental details are given.
