卸载柔度法测定JR阻力曲线的微机自动化系统

本文依据我国有关试验规范,在国内广泛引进的日本岛津(Shimadzu)DSS—25T 型电子万能试验机上,研制配备了用微型计算机实现的单试样卸载柔度法的加、卸载控制与数据采集、处理的自动化系统。全部实验结果由打印机直接输出,可以大幅度地提高测试效率,试验精度也得到改善。

A Micro-Computer Automatic System for Evaluting J_R Curves by the Unloading Compliance Method

The single specimen unloading compliance method to determine the fracture toughness of ductile metal was propsed by Clarke G A,et.al.in 1976,and was paid great atten- tion by people working in the relating fields. In this paper,we have devloped a micro-computer automatic sytem by using the electronic universal material-testing machine for determining J_R curves by means of the single specimen unloading compliance method.The system can control the loading-unloading process as well as carry on the data collecting and processing fully automaticlly.All of the experimental results can be obtained through the printer.The efficiency and precision of the experiment are highly in- creased by the system developed.
