| Abstract: | In this paper, a definition of nonconvex functions, called generalized strictly quasiconvex functions is introduced, and it is proved that a real function has the property that every local minimum is global, if and only if it is the generalized strictly quasiconvex function, and by the level sets, a characterization of the generalized strictly quasiconvex funcion is given. |
