摘    要:研究了Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷的磨损特性,结果表明,其摩擦学性能优良,耐磨性随占结相Ni的增加而降低,在干摩擦下其磨损机理同为粘着磨损及硬质相剥落,随Ni含量的减少,金属陶瓷的粘着减轻,在油润滑条件下,金属陶瓷的磨损机理是犁削及硬质相剥落。

Abstract:The wear of Ti(C,N) based cermets under dry sliding and oil lubrication was studied.The results showed that Ti(C,N) based cermets had low friction coefficients and high wear resistance. The wear resistance of the cermets decreased with increase of the binder content. The major wear mechanisms of Ti(C,N) based cermets were ploughing and the stripping of hard phases under oil lubrication;those under dry sliding were surface adhesion and the stripping of hard phases.The surface adhesion trend decreased with decrease of nickel content.
