离子色谱法测定东下冯遗址土壤中的无机阴离子

摘    要:采用电导检测离子色谱法对东下冯遗址土壤水浸取液中阴离子进行了分析,测定了其中的常见阴离子(Cl-、NO3-、SO42-),阴离子的检出限在0.008~0.014mg/L,加标回收率在98%~101%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=7)在2.5%以下。方法可同时检测土壤水浸取液中的多种无机阴离子,快速、简单、可靠。

Abstract:A method for determination of the contents of the common inorganic anion in the water extraction of the soil from Dongxiafeng ancient ruins by ion chromatography with ultrasound extraction was proposed.The common anions including Cl-, NO3-, and SO42- were analyzed. The limits of detections were between 0.008~0.014 mg/L; the recoveries were about 98%~101%; and the RSD(n=7) was below 2.5%.The method is reasonable and simple, and can be used for extraction and determination of soluble inorganic anion in soil.
