摘    要:建立了一种简单、快捷的离子色谱测定扇贝柱中多种磷酸盐的方法。采用超声提取、固相萃取柱净化的方法对样品进行前处理,高容量阴离子交换色谱柱分离,抑制性电导检测器检测。讨论了不同实验条件对多种磷酸盐检测结果的影响。实验证明:磷酸钠检出限为40mg/kg,焦磷酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、三偏磷酸钠均为10mg/kg,回收率在74.8%以上,相对标准偏差(RSD)小于10.7%,实际样品检测结果令人满意。方法具有简便、快捷,选择性好,灵敏度高,无污染、操作步骤简单等优点。

Abstract:This paper introduced a new method for rapid determination of several kinds of phosphates in scallop.Before analysis, the samples were ultrasonically extracted and purified using solid-phase extraction column.The resulting supernatants were analyzed by ion chromatography with a high-capacity anion exchange column and suppressed conductivity detection. The effects of experimental conditions on the testing results for a variety of phosphates were discussed. The experimental results shows that the limit of detection was 40 mg/kg for sodium phosphate and 10 mg/kg for sodium pyrophosphate, sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium trimetaphosphate.The recovery was above 74.8% and the RSD was less than 10.7%.The results for analyzing the real samples are satisfied.This method has the advantages of simplicity, short testing time, good selectivity, high sensitivity, no pollution effect to environment, and simplicity of the operational procedure, etc.
