| Abstract: | We have correlated data on methods for obtaining sterically hindered ketones, derivatives of furan, thiophene, pyrrole, and pyridine. We examine routes to arylation of chroman-4-ones and synthesis of sterically hindered unsaturated and silicon-containing heteroaromatic ketones. |
