| Abstract: | The basic principle of partial least squares method(PLS)has been discussed , Two experimental demonstrations of colour reaction have been analyzed and investigated by PLS. The results show that the deviation of absorption resulting from molecular interaction could be eliminated by PLS and the experimental accuracy is increased. |
