萃取色层梯度淋洗和柱后反应光度法连续检测装置

摘    要:用普通材料自制和组装一套能梯度淋洗和柱后反应光度法连续检测萃取色层柱的流出曲线的设备。详细叙述了淋洗液切换阀、六通样样阀、四通混合器、盘管反应器的制作和将国产原子吸分光光度计改装流动光度计。

Abstract:In this papet,a self-made device for continuous monitoring of elution process in extraction chromatography with post-column spectrophotometry is described. It consists of(a) a valve for gradient elution,made of nylon,(b)a six-way sample iulet valve,made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE),(c) a fout-way mixing chamber,(d)a coiled tube reactor,and(e) a flow-through cuvette, made of PTFE. An atomic absorption spectrometer (Model WFD-Y3,Beijing 2nd Optical Instruments Corp) was converted into a flow-through photometer by taking out the original burner and put the flow-through cuvette in its place. A hollow cathode lamp served as light source.The pats described were assembled together as shown in Fig,1 in the Chinese version.It has been used to separate fifteen rare earths with satisfactory results.
