摘    要:关于气体取样及监测过程中的吸附影响已有一些研究报导[1-3].本文介绍用光声法定量测定CH。OH在石英、派力克斯玻璃、PTFE特氟隆、PFA特氟隆和电抛光的不锈钢SS316等常用材料表面上的吸附.不仅对吸附性能进行了分析和比较,而且给出了每种材料在不同CH_3OH浓度下的吸附分子密度.光声法用于吸附的测定是Henningsen等人最近引入的[4],由于采用体积小、响应时间快的非谐振武光声池,使实时快速测定样品的气相浓度成为可能,从而实现吸附的快速、准确测定.1实验装置如图1所示,样品管出入口分别…

Abstract:A photoacoustic method to quantitatively measure the adsorption of CH_3OH on gas-solid interface is presented. The adsorption of CH_3OH on such commonly used materials as quartz, pyrex, polytetrafluoroethylene teflon, petheoroalcoxy teflon and polished stainless steel SS316 is measured. Kinetic simulation can explain the experimental results, thus providing a basis for the generalization of the experimental results. The adsorption property of the materials at reduced temperature is also studied.
