| Abstract: | This part was made to review the application and development of Chemometrics to spectrophotometric analysis in China. Many methods were introduced and reviewed based on least squares, optimization, Kalman filtering, factor analysis, partial least squares, regression analysis, orthogonal functions, linear combination, curve resolution, graphic method etc. The stated chemometric and computational methods were widely used to multicomponent analysis of inorganic, organic, pharmaceutical compounds, 90 references were cited. |
