杯芳烃涂层毛细管的制备与电泳性能考察

摘    要:通过化学键合的方法制备杯芳烃涂层毛细管,并用几种苯酚取代物对其电泳性能进行了考察。结果表明,该涂层管具有特殊的分离选择性,良好的稳定性和较高的检测灵敏度等特点。

Abstract:A method for the preparation of p-allylcalix4] arene coated capillaries was developed. The resulted capillaries were electrophoretically tested using phenol derivatives and showed special selectivity. The capillaries can be used for longer than six months and can offer nearly the same detection sensitivity as uncoated tubes. The replacement of silica hydroxyl by phenolic hydiroxyl groups on the inner surface of the capillaries can efficiently reduee the sharp variations of the electroosmotic mobility, keeping a nearly linear relationship between electroosmotic mobility and pH at PH below 8.
