碳化钨—高铬铸铁表面复合材料耐磨粒磨损性能的研究

摘    要:用铸造表面合金化工艺在铸铁表面制备了碳化钨-高铬铸铁复合材料,用MM-200型试验机研究了该复合材料的耐磨粒磨损性能,并与球墨铸铁,淬火态45^#钢及Fe2B相硼化物层的进行了对比。结果表明:当合金粉剂中含碳化钨颗粒质量分数为20%时,碳化钨高铬铸铁复合材料的耐磨性最佳;磨粒硬度和尺寸增大时,复合材料的耐磨性提高较大。

Study on the Abrasive Wear Behavior of WC High Chrome Cast Iron Surface Composite

Abstract:To improve the wear resistance of farm tools, WC high chrome cast iron composite was prepared on grey iron with the help of cast in place surface alloying. The abrasive wear behavior of the composite was studied and compared with that of nodular cast iron, quenched 45 # steel, and Fe 2B boride using an MM 200 wear tester. The results show that the composite with 20%WC had the best resistance to abrasive wear. It increased with increasing hardness and size of the abrasive. Besides, the resistance to plowing and brittle peeling of the composite was good as well.
