| Abstract: | The invariant sets and exact solutions of the (1+2)-dimensional wave equations are discussed. It is shown thatthere exist a class of solutions to the equations which belong tothe invariant set E0={u:ux=vxF(u),uy=vyF(u)}.This approach is also developed to solve (1+N)-dimensionalwave equations. |
