| 摘 要： | 利用API ZYM试剂盒和酶活力测试盒检测了拟穴青蟹、三疣梭子蟹和日本好3种海产蟹血淋巴中的19种酶及血清中6种免疫相关酶的活性.结果表明:有5种酶在3种蟹血淋巴中含量较高,有3种酶在3种蟹血淋巴中含量较少或没有.血清中酚氧化酶(PO)和溶花菌酶(LZM)活力日本(虫寻)最高,拟穴青蟹最低,拟穴青蟹与其他 2种蟹差异显著(P<0.01),三疣梭子蟹和日本(虫寻)之间无明显差异;碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活力拟穴青蟹最高,三疣梭子蟹最低,拟穴青蟹与三疣梭子蟹差异显著(P<0.05),日本(虫寻)与其他2种蟹无明显差异;酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活力在3种海蟹之间无显著差异.

| Abstract: | Activities of 19 enzymes in hemolymph and six enzymes related to immunity are detected using API ZYM and enzyme reagent boxs respectively.The enzymes under investigation include phenoloxidase(PO),lysozyme(LZM),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),acid phosphatase(ACP),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) in sera of three speices of marine crabs,i.e.,Scylla paramamosain,Portunus trituberculatus and Charybdis japonica.The study results demonstrate that five of the 19 enzymes observed in the hemolymph show relat... |
