| THE STUDY OF LATERAL SPREAD OF Hg IONS IN KTP BY RBS |

| 摘 要： | 200 ke V Hg ions were implanted in potassium titanyl phosphate(KTiOPO_4 or KTP)at different angles of 0°,45°,60°and 75°.The lateral spread of Hg ions in KTP was measured by Ruther-ford backscattering of 2.1 MeV He ions.The obtained resultsare compared with the transport of ions in matter(TRIM＇89)prediction.The lateral spread is found in a good agreement withTRIM＇89 prediction.
