| Abstract: | The electro-controlled and the cooling setups in a vacuum unit are designed. The electro-controlled setup simplifies the experiment and can avoid the mistakes in switch of colling water. The cooling setup realizes cooling of the circulating water by evaporative cooling so that amount of water can be reduced considerably. |
