| Abstract: | The mercury in lucid ganoderma was determined by atomic fluorescence Spcctromctry with pretreatment under the optimized conditions. The recovery of Hg is 89.2 %-106.3 %. Mercury in the standard reference substance of peach leaf was also determined, and the results are in good agreement with certified value. This method is simple ,rapid and convenient. |
