摘    要:
用双道原子荧光分光光度计,断续流动程序和消解体系,测定灵芝中的汞,试验回收率在89.2%-106.3%之间.

Abstract:
The mercury in lucid ganoderma was determined by atomic fluorescence Spcctromctry with pretreatment under the optimized conditions. The recovery of Hg is 89.2 %-106.3 %. Mercury in the standard reference substance of peach leaf was also determined, and the results are in good agreement with certified value. This method is simple ,rapid and convenient.
