窄带滤光片透射比测量误差分析

摘    要:分析了窄带滤光片透射比测量的误差原因,讨论了三种不确定度来源,与传统透射比测量的不确定源相比,增加了滤光片峰值波长不确定度源。分析结果表明,半宽越窄的滤光片峰值波长不确定度对透射比测量影响越大。

Abstract:The error reasons for the transmittance measurement of narrowband filter were analyzed,including three types of uncertainty.The uncertainty of peak wavelength is added.The result shows that the more narrow full-width half-max of filter,the bigger affect for the transmittance measurement.
