| Abstract: | We propose a monotonicity- and conservation-preserving interpolation operator, named PQIM. Its order of convergence, conservation-preserving and monotonicity-preserving properties are demonstrated. The interpolation operator is proved to restrain oscillation caused by interpolation effectively. |
