红外探测器光电性能测量系统方案研究

Abstract:In this paper,A late model automatic infrared detector photoelectricity performance measure system controlled by microcomputer is presented,and discussed the compose of system hardware as well as its design idea.Faint signal detect is the theme of the paper.The system had been taken into practice.It can accurately measure the performance parameters of any types of the PbS detector promptly.Under validated,its precision over ?2%.It is very convenient to study the infrared detector.
