Abstract: | A finite element method for highly viscous fluid is used to calculate the velocity and stress fields in the surrounding soft
rock of a tunnel. In order to fit the calculated values with the measured displacement of tunnel wall, we inverted the boundary
forces and the mechanical parameters of the surrounding rocks. |
