| 摘 要： | 自1857年开创溴化物治疗癫痫的历史以来,经历了“踌躇”、“狂信”、“怀疑”、“退让”4个阶段,到1980年代中期以后又得到了“复兴”,本世纪前10年成了溴药研制和临床应用的大发展时期,上市或已进入临床试验的溴药有上百种之多.回顾了溴化物的治癫简史及溴药的研究进展,并详细介绍7种溴药的临床应用概况.
