摘    要:首次以钛酸纳米管(NTA)为Ti的前驱体,以尿素为N源,采用水热法制备N掺杂TiO2纳米微粒,并用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱仪(XPS)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱仪(UV-Vis DRS)、透射电镜(TEM)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等技术对不同条件下制备的产物进行了表征.探讨了尿素的掺杂量、水热温度对N掺杂TiO2形貌和结构的影响,并以亚甲基蓝为模型反应物考察了其在可见光下的催化性能,结果表明样品UN-130-1/2催化活性最高.

Abstract:N-doped TiO2 was prepared by hydrothermal method using nanotubube titanic acid and urea as the precursor of Ti and N, respectively. The samples were characterized by X-Ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM), diffused reflectance spectra (DRS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR). The effect of doping content of urea and hydrothermal temperature to products were studied. And the photodegradation of methylene blue (MB) was tested as a model pollutant to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of N-doped TiO2 under visible light. The results indicated that N- TiO2 prepared at 130 ℃ (nN/nTi= 1/2) showed the highest photocatalytic activity. .
