铈盐配合物对锂离子电池的抗过充性能

摘    要:通过在锂离子电池的电解液中添加五硝酸根合铈(Ⅲ)酸四丁基铵的方法来提高电池的安全性,讨论了氧化还原添加剂的作用原理,并考察了作用效果.实验结果表明,五硝酸合铈(Ⅲ)配合物在锂离子电池电解液中的氧化电位在4.0 V左右,扩散系数为3.82×10-6cm2/s.L iFePO4/L i模拟电池的研究结果表明,当电池发生过充时五硝酸合铈(Ⅲ)配合物可以在电池的正极上氧化,并扩散到电池的负极上还原,通过在电池的正负极之间穿梭将电池的电压稳定在4.0 V.

Abstract:In order to improve the safety of the lithium-ion battery,a special measurement was taken by addition of (C_(4)H_(9))_(4)N]_(2) Ce(NO_(3))_(5) into electrolyte.The principle of which was discussed and its effect was investigated.The experimental results demonstrated that the D_(if) of the additive was determined to be 3.82×10~(-6) cm~(2)/s by potential step,and the oxidation potential was around 4.0 V(vs.Li/Li~(+)) in cyclic voltammogram.When the LiFePO_(4)/Li simulated cells was overcharged,the additive could be oxidized at the cathode and reduced at the anode by shuttling back and forth between the electrodes.Even the simulated cell was repeatedly overcharged,the voltage was stabilized at 4.0 V.
