摘    要:介绍了自制的卫星太阳能电站教学演示系统,根据已制作成功的X波段小功率微波输电实验模型,介绍了人造太阳光源(氙气灯和微波硫灯)的工作原理和发光特性;给出了部分市售太阳能电池板的技术参数和选择原则;说明了简易耿氏振荡器的组成和实验应注意的问题;分析了喇叭天线菲涅耳区的场分布,并测量了相应的传输效率;解释了微波二极管的整流机理,总结了国产硅点接触微波二极管整流的实验结果,指出了二极管使用的注意事项.

Abstract:An X-band waveguide model for experimental demonstration of power transmisson by beamed mi- crowave was developed.Based on that,the principles of xenon lamp and microwave sulphur lamp and their ap- plication to illuminate solar panel in laboratory are simply introduced,some parameters of a specific silicon solar panel providing power for microwave generator are described,microwave in the model is produced by a gunn di- ode and its correct usage is indicated,an expression to estimate electric field of a cylindrical horn in Fresnel re- gion is given and the dependence of transmission efficiency of two identical rectangular horns on distance is shown,mechanism of microwave semiconductor diode is explained,the experimental results of several point-con- tact silicon diodes are summarized.
