| Abstract: | A HPLC method for the determination of impurities in cefoxitin sodium was established. A phenyl column(250mm ×0.46mm × 5.0μm) was used as colum,mobile phase was water (adjust pH for 2.7 by formyl)-acetonitrile(90:10);linear gradient elution; and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min. The results are good. |
