摘    要:
用含ZnCl2的二甲基亚砚溶液做电解液可在Si衬底上电化学沉积纳米晶薄膜。薄膜的粒径尺寸为8.9nm,样品的光致发光谱以紫外发射峰为主。分析表明用本文介绍的方法可以制备高质量的不含-OH的ZnO纳米晶薄膜。

Abstract:
Nanocrystalline ZnO films have been growm by cathodic electrodeposition from dimethylsulfoxide solutions containing ZnCl 2 on Si substrates at room temperature. The mean grain size of ZnO particles is 8.9nm. The exciton emission dominated in the photoluminescence spectra. The results show that the ZnO films free from -OH grown by the method introduced in this paper is of high quality.
