耦合传热和冷却流通道流动对气膜冷却的影响

摘    要:本文通过数值模拟的方法同时考虑了耦合传热和冷却流通道流动对气膜冷却的影响.计算结果表明,在考虑耦合传热的情况下,冷却流通道流动的影响仍然存在,但随着壁面导热系数的增大,这种影响减弱;同时在考虑耦合传热的情况下,受保护壁面温度场分布更加均匀,冷却效果更好.计算结果还表明吹风比为0.5时的冷却效果优于吹风比为1.0的情况.

Abstract:Numerical simulations were used to assess the effect of a conjugate heat transfer and internal coolant flow on film cooling.The results indicate that the cooling performance is affected by the internal coolant flow with conjugate heat transfer,but the effect weakens with an increase in wall thermal conductivity.The wall temperatures are more uniform and the cooling performance is better with consideration of the conjugate heat transfer.The cooling performance with a blowing ratio of 0.5 is better than that ...
