| Abstract: | We study eigenvalues of the operator corresponding to the M/M/1 queueing model with exceptional service time for the first customer in each busy period in the ＇left half complex plane, and prove that for all θ∈（0,1）,（2√λμ-λ-μ）θ are eigenvalues of this operator with geometric multiplicity one. |
