The synthesis of the morpholinylamide of N(R)-1-ephedrinylacetic acid has been achieved by the interaction of (5S,6R)-4,5-dimethyl-6-phenylmorpholin-2-one with morpholine, and its structure has been shown by IR and PMR spectroscopies and x-ray structural analysis.Translated from Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 1, pp. 108–112, January–February, 1999. |
