白藜芦醇浸提纯化过程在线检测条件的研究

摘    要:通过实验确定了虎杖白藜芦醇乙醇浸提液的HPLC检测条件。最佳检测条件为,Extend反相ODS柱0.46cm×15cm,紫外检测器检测波长240nm,V(甲醇)∶V(水)=50∶50的流动相,1mL/min的洗脱流速,室温。该方法灵敏、方便、可靠、快速,适用于白藜芦醇提取、纯化中的在线检测。

Abstract:Resveratrol was extracted from polygonum cuspidatum using ethanol as extraction solvent and determined by HPLC.The optimum detection conditions were:extend RP-ODS column 0.46cm×15cm,UV detector,240nm as detection wavelength,V(methanol)∶V(water)=50∶50 as mobile phase,elution flow rate of 1mL/min,room temperature.The method is sensitive,convenient,reliable and fast for on line detection of resveratrol and purification of resveratrol from polygonum cuspidatum.
