| Abstract: | Advanced C-prenylated intermediates for three aromatase inhibitors, including morachalcone A, can be synthesized through a Claisen-Schmidt condensation followed by Florisil®-catalyzed 1,3]-sigmatropic rearrangement of a prenyl phenyl ether. |
