摘    要:提出一种用微反应色谱法来研究甲醇气相脱水制备二甲磨灭 的色谱分析流程,可以一次性分析得到气相和液相组份的定量数据,实现在线化实时分析,避免通常必须对液相组份进行冷凝然后单独对液相组份进行化学分析,流程的安排是:首先用一个色谱柱将甲醇脱水产物中的水、甲醇、乙醇完全分离并与其他组份分开,在氢化钙转化反应器中,将已经分离的水、甲醇、乙醇集资转化成氢,用热导检测器测定,在吕接的第二个色谱柱中实现其它组份的

Abstract:A novel method for analyzing the product of catalyzed methanol dehydration, in sequential connected GDX 101 column A, CaH\-2 translation reactor, TCD, GDX 101 column B, hydrogenation column, FID, was developed. H\-2O, CH\-3OH and C\-2H\-5OH, after being separated by the chromatographic column A, are changed into H\-2 orderly in CaH\-2 translation reactor, and then are detected by TCD, to not have to chemical analysis of the condensative components. The rest, CO, CH\-4, CO\-2, C\-2H\-4 and CH\-3OCH\-3, are being separated by the chromatographic column B, and CO and CO\-2 are translated into CH\-4 respectively, are finally detected with FID. The quantitative results show that the method is satisfactory with good preciseness and repeatability.
