纳米晶体线的晶格动力学格林函数及晶格振动

摘    要:通过求解差分方程,推导了纳米晶体线的晶格动力学格林函数,分析了其晶格振动,并推导了声子数表象中的原子位移及晶格振动哈密顿公式.研究结果表明,纳米晶体线的晶格振动能带分裂为一系列的子带,格波只能沿纳米晶体线的纵向传播,沿纳米晶体线的横截面只存在驻波.

Abstract:The difference equation for lattice dynamics Green's functions of a crystal nano-wire are solved,the lattice vibrations are analyzed,and the formulas for atomic displacements and Hamiltonian in phonon occupation number representation are obtained.The results show that there are a series of phonon energy sub-bands in a crystal nano-wire instead of the unique continue phonon energy band in a bulk crystal,the lattice vibration waves along a crystal nano-wire are propagation waves,and the lattice vibration waves along the transversal cross section of a crystal nano-wire are standing waves.
