| 摘 要： | 提出对两个分子标记或质量性状基因座位的表现型赋值后求相关系数Ｃ，通过ｔ测验以检测此两个分子标记或基因座位间是否存在连锁，进而给出了重组值ｒ及其抽样误差的估计公式．文中采用几个经典的实例，将相关方法的计算结果与３种经典的估计方法的计算结果进行了实例比较，结果表明，相关方法与极大似然法所得结果在很多情况下极为相近，说明用相关方法进行连锁遗传分析是有其理论和实践意义的

| Abstract: | The simple correlation coefficient (C) between the scores of the two marker loci or qualitative characters can be used to detect and estimate the linkage.The paper also campare the correlation method with three traditional methods,and the results present that correlation method is similar to the method of maximum likelihood in many case.All over,the approach show the significance of using correlation method for linkage analysis. |
