摘 要: | 概述用衍射法监测物体的几何参数和空间位置。提出用频率光谱相位分辨率对物体进行监测以提高灵敏度和监测精度,这需使用一个具有信息处理功能的光学系统,该系统能连续完成物体传递函数中的傅里叶变换和频谱的菲涅耳变换。实验结果表明,利用被监测几何参数和空间位置的物体频谱相可完成监测工作。

Diffraction Approach of Monitoring the Geometrical Parameters and Spatial Location of a Object |

Abstract: | The diffractive method of a monitoring the geometrical parameters and spatial location of an object is outlined, particularly it is proposed to use the phase resolution of the frequency spectra of the object being monitored to enhance the sensitivity and the measuring accuracy. In order to finish this,an information processing optical system is implemented that successively carries out a Fourier transformation of the amplitude transmission function of the object and a Fresenel transformation of its frequency spectrum.The test result shows that the phase distribution of the frequency spectra of the objects whose geometrical parameters or spatial location are monitored can be utilized to do this. |
