| 摘 要： | 本文提出了一种能同时测定血清中Ｆｅ、Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｃａ、Ｍｇ、Ｋ、ＮａｆｏＰ等微量元素的ＩＣＰ－ＡＥＳ分析方法。血清样品用硝酸和高氯酸消化，对影响谱线强度的因素进行了研究，方法简便、准确。现已应用于临床化验及人血清微量元素标准物质研制工作中的定值分析。

| Abstract: | Amethod for the analysis of Fe,Cu ,Zn ,Ca ,Mg,K,Na and P in human serum by ICp-AES was pro-posed.The serum sample was digested with HNO_3 andHClO_4.Various factors influencing on the intensity ofthe spectrum have been investigated. The method hasbeen used to determine trace elements in serum withsatisfactory results. |
