摘    要:机械法联络通道是轨道交通建设中一种主流的施工工法, 在机械法盾构施工中需要提高联络通道的隧道成型质量. 针对机械法联络通道管片点位布置、施工距离以及管片尺寸等特点, 对联络通道衬砌管片排版设计与姿态预测进行了研究. 通过几何关系计算与迭代求出管片预排版设计后的姿态预测, 可解决联络通道施工掘进中管片点位选取与姿态偏差难预测的施工问题. 最后以福州5号线机械法联络通道为例, 对排版后实际姿态偏差与模拟预测姿态偏差值进行了对比, 验证了所采取的计算方法的可靠性, 该方法对联络通道掘进的生产施工与姿态偏差预测具有重要的指导意义.

Abstract:Mechanical connecting channel is a mainstream construction method in rail transit construction, for which it is necessary to improve the tunnel forming quality in mechanical shield construction. Considering the characteristics of segment position, construction distance and segment size of mechanical connecting channel, the segment layout design and attitude prediction of connecting channel lining are studied. The attitude of segment in pre-layout design can be predicted by iterative geometric relationship calculation, and it helps to solve the construction difficulties of segment position selection and attitude deviation during the construction and excavation of connecting channel. Finally, by taking Fuzhou Line 5 mechanical connecting channel as an example, the actual attitude deviation after typesetting and the simulated predicted attitude deviation are compared to verify the reliability of the proposed calculation method, which has important guiding significance for the construction of connecting channel excavation and attitude deviation prediction.
