北仑水厂实时自动投药系统的建模与研究

摘    要:运用统计分析建立了可用于水处理投药过程中控制投药量的数学模型,分析了混凝药剂、沉淀池水中的浊物量差值等参数对水处理投药量的影响,拟合出滤前浊度小于1.3NTU的数学模型.用所建立的投药量数学模型投药结果得到的出厂水水质比人工经验投加得到的水质稳定性高,而且耗药率低.

Abstract:Based on the statistical analysis and mathematical modeling,a method is developed to control the dosing process in water treatment.Through statistical analysis,the coagulation agents and sedimentation parameters in the muddy water are determined.The elements taken into consideration include those such as the difference between the residual volumes and the influence of the dosage on the treatment effect for the water coming out of the filter.In so doing,the mathematic model is constructed for the water with ...
