| Abstract: | Interface electron states are studied for a simple model Hamiltonian by means of the surface Green function formalism. Interface resonances, which arise when one of the crystals at the interface is a thin film, are investigated. The positions of these resonances and their dependence on the thickness of the film are determined. |
