| 摘 要： | 包囊游仆虫无性生殖中分裂沟形成期间的左、右两侧到皮层内出现形状不规则且大小各不相同的孔洞，围着孔洞的皮层细胞质边缘含有膜结构和膜下微管层。在各孔洞之间常形成电子致密层，孔洞附近还有大量的线粒体和分散的微管和膜囊结构。以后孔洞增加并横向扩大和融合，则母细胞完成分裂。

| Abstract: | During the furrow formation stage in the asexual division of Euplotesencysticus,appeared the irregular and different-sized holes on the left and right sides on the cortex of furrow position, and arround the margin of cortical cytoplasm the membranous sac and microtuble layer under the membrane are contained. Between the holes electron dense layer formed, near the holes much mitochondria and dispersal dispersal microtubles and membranons sac also presented. Later, the size of the holes increased, trnversal, enlarged and fused, then the cell division finished. |
