山楂总黄酮的测定

摘    要:
利用聚酰胺吸附与NaNO2-Al(NO3),显色相结合测定山楂总黄酮,通过对比色条件的优化,获得快速测定山楂总黄酮含量的方法。结果表明,该测定方法基本上消除了杂质的干扰,精密度高,在30min内显色稳定,重现性较好,平均加样回收率为99.9%,RSD=1.06%。

Abstract:
The NaNO_2-Al(NO_3)_3 colorimetry method combined with polycaprolactam purification was developed for the determination of flavonoids in hawthorn.A quickly determining method has been summarized according to optimizing the conditions for colorimetry.The average value of the recovery for flavonoids measurement was 99.9% with the RSD of 1.06%.The result showed that the developed method could be eliminate the interference of impurity and be high precision,correct and reproducible for the determination of total flavonoids in hawthorn.
