本文介绍量子点结构的自组织生长方法及量子点的光学性质。着重介绍量子点结构中的声子和拉曼散射的测量结果。此外,也介绍了自组织生长的量子点的形貌结构特性,电子结构和发光特性,电注入式量子点激光器的制备和性能

Abstract:
In this paper, the quantum dot structures grown by self organized method and their optical properties were presented. The emphasis is put on the phonons in quantum dots and the measured results by Raman scattering. In addition, the characterizations of morphological structure, electronic structure, photoluminescence and quantum dot injection laser were also presented.
