| 摘 要： | 用傅里叶变换红外光谱法对正常组织细胞和宫颈癌患者的癌变细胞进行分析检测，与妇女普检中53例样品的病理诊断结果进行对比。该方法能在分子水平上揭示癌变细胞与正常细胞的明显差别，通过谱图解析可直接阐明引起谱图变化的主要原因和细胞癌变的可能机理，为肿瘤疾病的早期诊断开辟了新的途径。

| Abstract: | Cancer cells were distinguished from the normal cells by using fourier transform infrared (FT-IR). The result was compared with that of 59 samples by the pathological examination. This method can explain the obvious difference between cancer cells and the normal ones from the molecular level. Moroever, through the interpretation of the spectrum, it can explain the possible reasons causing the changes of the spectrum, the possible mechanism of the cells concertration. The course of the illness can be forcast by this way. |
