| 摘 要： | 罗丹明荧光探针作为生物学研究中使用最广泛的荧光探针之一,广泛地应用于活体细胞内小分子的检验、生物大分子的分析以及复杂生物体系的研究等方面.罗丹明荧光探针在生化分析中的应用研究融合了分子生物学、分析化学、有机化学等多个学科.是当今化学研究的热点领域.本文综述了近年罗丹明荧光探针在生化分析中的应用进展,并对其未来的发展趋势进行了展望.
